- My name is Aaron Paterson. I have spent 25 years involved in teaching and studying several styles of Martial Arts. I currently instructor and study Modern Defendo CQC. What is Defendo? It’s is a realistic based martial art. It is quite often referred to as the original Mixed Martial Art. It's history is proven on the battle fields of actual war time combat. It is not a sport art nor is it a fancy art. It's brutal and effective for all body shapes, sizes, sex and age. My expertise in Martial Arts and conflict management both verbal and physical is derived from my 18 years involvement in the Law enforcement and Security Industry. Defendo CQC Kempsey will be the 2nd Only club to operate in Australia.
